Mortal Kombat 12 Teased to Restore Fan
Seen in an interaction on Twitter, Advantage told one fan that those at Ethereal might seek to do a new version of Conquest in a future Mortal Kombat title. Originally, Conquest was a single-player mode that debuted in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance and later returned to Mortal Kombat: Deception and Mortal Kombat: Armageddon. Following the launch of Armageddon in 2006, though, Conquest has never returned in future Mortal Kombat games, which have actually led to growing demand from fans. And while there’s no warranty that Conquest may ever return, Advantage seems to have interest in including it to Mortal Kombat 12.
The Game Awards 2022 are set to transpire in just a couple of brief weeks and this occasion is the same one where Ethereal and WB Games announced Mortal Kombat 11 back in 2018. Whether Mortal Kombat 12 might also be announced at this place remains to be seen, but it’s absolutely a possibility.
Would you like to see Conquest return to Mortal Kombat 12? And what other brand-new features would you like to see in the next entry in the long-running battling game series? Let me understand either down in the comments or shoot me a message on Twitter at @MooreMan12.
A fan-favorite feature from previous Mortal Kombat video games might be making a return in Mortal Kombat 12. As of this weekend, long time Mortal Kombat director Ed Boon notified excited fans that developer Ethereal Studio’s next video game is either going to be that of Oppression 3 or Mortal Kombat 12. And while we don’t yet understand which instructions the business will enter, assuming that MK12 is next on tap, it seems like Boon may wish to restore a mode that hasn’t been seen in over 15 years.
