Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition: RPG

Square Enix will publish the Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition from April 7, 2022 digital for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Steam.

Players go on an epic adventure, the time and space overcoming – with revised illustrations of the original character designer Nobuteru Yuuki, newly mixed music of the acclaimed composer Yasunori Mitsuda and a variety of additional features.

Chrono Cross, which has never been published in Europe, now appears as Remaster under the title Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition.

The game tells the story of Serge, who stumbles into another world and learns the relationship between his existence and the future of his planet. Players awaits a classic time travel story about adventure and friendship, with a large and varied selection of playable characters, as it has rarely experienced with a RPG.

With over 40 possible group members, each character brings its own elemental affinity and unique ability. In addition, this version still contains “Radical Dreamers – the Incible Jewel”, a text-based adventure video game published in 1996 for SattelaView, which forms the basis of history.

Originally published only in Japan as a merchandise to the Chrono Concert series, fans can now pre-order the “Chrono Cross Music Box Chrono Cross – Scars of Time” in the West.
